"Nice rooms in an apartment 5 minutes walk from the train station"

Very nice and modern renovated rooms. The bathrooms have style. The communication with the host was very pleasant and it was possible to pick up our breakfast at 6:30. Great!

It is true that the building complex and the elevators are a bit old, but this was not a problem at all.

The property is perfectly located to access the train station and the ferry port. The facility is clean and good furniture, comfortable bathroom and beds.

Breakfast was not at the property but offered at the busy corner cafe. There was not a small coffee machine available even in the facility for a morning coffee.

La ubicación, es lo único que se salva

El edificio es antiguo feo y en malas condiciones constructivas, parece una construcción de la posguerra y con el mantenimiento que brilla por su ausencia, solo vinieron a limpiar Dos días, y cuando entramos tuvimos que repasar la limpieza del baño.

La proprietaria, la Sig.ra Gabriella, è stata con noi estremamente cortese, disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento, centralissimo, è situato a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e posto all'interno del Palazzo Pastore dotato di un efficiente servizio di portierato, in zona residenziale assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa: si trova al quinto piano della scala D ed indiscutibilmente assolutamente decoroso perchè profondamente rinnovato e recentemente ristrutturato, curato in ogni minimo particolare e perfettamente ammobiliato e dotato/fornito di ogni piccolo comfort e comunque di tutto il necessario. Pulizia assolutamente impeccabile: vi è una zona comune molto solare ed allegra, ottimamente attrezzata per la consumazione di pasti anche frugali e per attività ricreative. Colazione al top. In definitiva, posizione ottimale, strategica e baricentrica per il centro città e per altre destinazioni che si raggiungono in tempi ragionevolmente brevi: dall'ingresso di detto stabile è possibile godere, appieno e a piedi, di tutto ciò che ci aspetta dalla visita di questa meravigliosa città.
