"Do NOT book this hotel !!"

Hotel refused us access to the room. Hotel wrote us 2 hours prior to arrival that the bathroom piping not working. But I was driving and did not see that message. Upon arrival, they told me that Booking.com had overbooked the rooms. Well, what is it now? Overbooked or broken pipes..? Then they did help us find a cheap alternative Hotel at a lower price range, but refused to refund our payment to them... Can I give a Zero rating...?

The entire hotel experience sucked.
