"Excellent facilities, great hosts, private and secluded cute little getaway."

Hosts had left bread for breakfast, coffee, tea, milk and crockery for us to use. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

If I could change one thing it would be the wifi connectivity. While they pre-warn you it is going to be bad, the mobile signal is also very bad, so I was left with little to no signal while we were there. However, I only spent the evenings at the property so it wasn't too bad!

"Lovely accomodation, very good facilities."

Having travelled by motorbike on one of the hottest days of the year, it was good to have somewhere easy to park, and then enjoy a cup of tea with real milk! Also enjoyed the unexpected cereals. Compact kitchen but generally plenty of space, really appreciated the fan. Good communication, and much nicer than staying in an hotel room! Can recommend The Kings Arms, about 200yds up the road, for good food.

Still not used to not meeting the owners where you can let yourself in with a keycode.

Beautiful home and garden. Restful and quiet. Bonus having breakfast provided. Close to park and ride for going into Oxford. Very relaxing stay.

"Excellent stay for our short break visiting Blenheim Palace"

Location was ideal when we visited Blenheim Palace. Quiet Cul De Sac with sufficient parking space for our car adjacent to the Annexe. Very clean with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Nice variety of food for Continental breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good communication with Hosts.

"Superb"

Pretty much everything! A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into this place. Great size room. Warm duvets and extra blankets. Lovely decor. Comfortable- with a sofa and coffee table as well. Good size bathroom and nice to have a little outside space to sit in the sun for a while. Good and plentiful choice for a DIY breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of little extras Parking on site , right next to the gate. Great and clear instructions. Fast and friendly response to any queries.

The only thing, and i'm being picky and probably hadnt noted it on the description. Was the lack of a kitchen sink and at least a hot plate. With a bit of tweaking it might be possible to fit it in. The gate, wasnt possible to lock it when you went out as it got blown open in the breeze. But small details

"Most enjoyable stay in a convenient location"

Comfortable and clean self contained accommodation convenient for Oxford centre. Everything had been thought of for an enjoyable stay. There was even a welcoming glass of wine which you could enjoybin the pretty outside area.
