La sig.ra Federica è stata gentilissima nel venirci incontro alla stazione e dare supporto con i bagagli. Molto apprezzato e soprattutto per nulla scontato. Gentilissima anche in fase check in nello spiegare le varie procedure per l'uscita ed il rientro alla struttura in autonomia. Non abbiamo avuto modo di salutarla e ringraziare in fase check out, in quanto abbiamo lasciato la struttura molto presto. Forse migliorabile insonorizzazione e asciugamani più morbidi.
