I liked the location its close to Public Market and easy to find a public transport which is right at the front of the accommodation/hotel. I also liked the laundromat located in the same building that opens early and closes late. And if you would like to have your laundry done, they'll prioritize it - I guess because you are a hotel's guest.

The breakfast they serve was so basic budgeted typical Filipino meal; 1 cup of rice and 1 viand with 3-in-1 coffee. I think they can do more variations of vegetables that they can source out from a local market nearby. We stayed for 5 nights and there were no single fruit included in our breakfast. Fruits in the local market were affordable, when we checked during our stay. They can do much better to attract more guests especially balikbayans like us.
