Your meals are a bit expensive l didn't like the breakfast

Quiet place, spacious room, smart, friendly staff, warm bathing water

Water shortage

The hostess and staff let us know they were there when needed,without being overbearing.The room was super clean and cosy.Breakfast was served at a time convinient to us and not a minute later.The room faces the swimming pool and the view was amazing to wale up to.

Having to leave at the end of our stay.I liked the place so much i'll definitely stay there whenever i'm in Bulawayo.

The quiet location and that they allowed us a few hours to use their gazebo for my nephew's birthday celebration.

The hospitality was horrible, the breakfast subpar. We always had to ask for certain basic amenities to be provided to us which they would provide not with a smile but grudgingly. Running water was barely available and we were only told on arrival that the TVs were not working regardless of the fact that they advertise that they have rooms with DSTV. The pool was also quite dirty as well. I would love to see this once iconic place of accomodation revived and vibrant again.
