Such a fabulous wee place, everything we needed. Our host was so welcoming and accommodating. We were stranded because of climate crisis (floods) and I was sick. Barry was very kind and helpful.

The apartment is conveniently located near several beautiful bays and beaches, including Hot Water Beach, which is about a 30-minute drive away. There are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The apartment was very clean and offered all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the free parking spot in the driveway. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, and provided us with helpful recommendations for things to do around Tairua and the surrounding area. This place is perfect for solo travelers or couples who want to enjoy the beaches. We would happily stay here again.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow.

Our hosts were lovely and we met one on arrival who had lots of insider information in the best places to see and things to do. The room was clean, accessible and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy and we had a lovely time.

Nothing to note, everything was as advertised and more!
