Nada, un desastre no nos cogían el teléfono y contestaron a los wassap, entramos en la casa y no tenía luz por los que os podéis imaginar lo que es entrar en una casa sin luz, por lo tanto no había ni agua caliente para ducharnos mi mujer se puso a llorar de la impotencia que sentíamos.

Personal encantador, están pendientes de tu llegada desde el día de antes y te facilitan todo muchísimo. La ubicación es perfecta si está pensando hacer el bernina express, de la cama a la estación 3 minutos!! La persona encargada de atenderte a tu llegada es muy amable y te ayuda en todo, es muy servicial y comprometida con tu bien estar durante tu estancia .

Location as next door to the train station ( as we arrived on the Bernina Express route) Room was quiet despite location

We were able to leave our bags before check in and we given very clear instructions on how to access the office ( which was great) Also were able to leave bags following check out as train was later in the day However, the office was wide open ( so we the security gates) and we felt a bit unsure leaving our bags) On return our bags were fine but again office was wide open
