La Corte Segreta Tivoli

Nous avons adoré le gîte , comme on avait pris les deux chambres nous avions la cuisine pour nous seuls. Très bel équipement . Merci !

Ótima localização. Dá para ir da estação de trem até a hospedagem a pé, e dela pra o centro histórico e para a Villa d’Este. É um prédio tradicional, o que também tem seu charme…

Very cozy, having everything in the shared kitchen (with 1 more room guests). Very modern bathroom and kitchen in the historical building.

Not enough sound isolation, though the street is not noisy. Only stairs (2nd floor, American - 3rd), so might be hard for guests with heavy luggage.

Tivioli is a beautiful old town. This apartment is as old as the city itself. The building and apartment are in serious need of renovation. The apartment isn't cozy, and the neighborhood at night resembles a neighborhood from a horror movie (kind of funny). Nobody goes there at night, completely different from the new part of town. If I were to go to Tivioli again, I would choose a different part of town, not the old town. The owner was very nice and helpful, but the room we had (there are two, the second one after renovation) unfortunately wasn't what we expected. Unfortunately, in Italy, the standards in some locations don't match the price. If you like this kind of atmosphere, you'll be pleased. For us, this stay was so-so; I can't imagine sleeping there in winter or in a hot summer.
