"A very enjoyable stay"

The breakfast was very tasty and set me up nicely for the day. The accomodation is very cosy, welcoming and relaxed The location is ideal for the University and the walk through the park to the campus was lovely, although rather wet.

Lovely owners who try very hard to make the stay a good one.

Accomodation was below ground level and on a personal note felt quite clammy.

lovely breakfasts and friendly hosts. They had laid out lots of sweet treats and soaps etc. The sitting room was really comfortable to read in, and I did not expect anything more than a bedroom so this was a bonus.
