Rosa dei Venti B&B

This is a great B&B with an excellent price point that also offers some small extras that really makes the difference for me. Very responsive, professional and welcoming hosts who clearly put a lot of care and attention into things. They had a cold bottle of water waiting in the room (very humid and hot in Taranto), there is a cute balcony that is perfect in the morning for the self-serve breakfast to get a glimpse of the Mare Piccolo (note: I was told that in addition to the self-serve, you can also request to have some breakfast items prepared). I also love how they keep a coffee machine out with pods to make your own coffee (very important for me first thing in this morning!). The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need. This is not a criticism for the B&B, but Taranto is notorious for not having good parking options. You have to hunt for public parking (blue lines in the streets- use the Easypark app)-- but what is actually nice about this B&B is you can usually find open spots around this area.As you get inside the city, it becomes more of a nightmare to find a space.

Breakfast was great, proprietor was very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for the money. I would stay there again.

check in procedure, no key for the front door. you had to call a phone number to open the door. late check in and early check out

The hosts very polite and helpful with great tips for the city! The location of the room is great! Breakfast really good too and the host always asked as if we wanted anything more. And the room was nice.

There was no fridge in the room. Some bathroom accessories weee old and needed to be replaced.
