the owner, very friendly and helpful. wifi, room and bathroom very good. breakfast is ok as well. We were the only occupants of the wholw apartment, we really enjoyed our stay

there is nothing to mention, everything is perfect. For sure location is near Belluno and a car is needed. Not recommended without a car.

Location is good. Bus stop nearby and only a few minutes away from Belluno centre either on bus or by car. Peaceful. Very helpful staff.

Stink bugs always get inside the house and spray the rooms and clothes

This was a great location--very close to a city bus stop and a lovely local grocery store. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Peaceful countryside location, right next to a cornfield! The apartment was very large, with washing machine and kitchen. And the price was very reasonable. Hiking in the nearby Dolomites is outstanding! And the tourist walking tour of the city center was very nice.

At first we were concerned because the listing stated check-in started at 7pm--but we went at 3pm and got checked in just fine.

Super helpful hosts, they were very friendly and flexible with me arriving late after having hiked the Alta Via 1. Lovely apartment, the style made me feel right at home! Spacious, cosy and everything was present to have comfortable stay. I wished I could have stayed longer and would surely come again.

The rooms are very big and comfortable but old enough, the breakfast is medium, it has kitchen and many stuff. The reception is very kind. For the money we spent it is fair.
