Quiet, genuine Italian flavor of the property and host. Close to transport, local shops. Host William a very nice genuine host, lovely person overall. Walking distance of around 2km to shops, restaurant, train station, bus just around the corner. Good security in the property, felt safe to leave items of personal nature in my room.

The host is really nice and friendly. It is really a calm place and a 18-20 minutes walk to reach the city center. Well the room was nicely decorated and It is really good.

Location not good not bad easy communication with owner of apartment Even looks like from 90’s maybe 80’s, it was more or less clean

This is 2 bedroom apartment. One room you will stay next room owner stays that’s all. Even 13:30 early check in impossible, you can just leave baggages and go out. Inside apartment was smelling like someone smoke intensively, it was not good when we leave baggages If owner of apartment in kitchen, you can’t use kitchen. If you ask to use table sit and eat, he shows you your room and says eat there. In room has one chair. One must eat standing. Windows and balkony door making voice if weather is windy. It was difficult to sleep Price was not cheap. If i go again, stay somewhere else on train line cheaper price possible instead of bologna city center
