it is not about hotel the road to hotel that is not pavement if you are eldar or weakness person and having heavy luggage, i recommend take a taxi

Nice, beautiful traditional structure and room. Perfect location, really close to the main square (Lyab-i Hauz) but on a quiet and beautiful street. Marvellous breakfast with some local specialities. Highly recommended for anyone.

The location and staff are exceptionally great. It's a center of a city. Hosts are very helpful, welcoming and kind. The most important thing: the owners promptly responded to my request (I was on the road, traveling from another city) and let me into the room in the dead of night (they work 24 hours a day).

The only downside was that there were no windows at all in my room (perhaps this only applies to my room; and it was fully consistent with the reasonable price).

Very convenient location, next to Lyabi-Hauz while hidden inside a small alley, which guarantees quietness. Top level of cleaness, hearty breakfast, good WiFi signal, good shower. The hostess was kind enough to treat me a dinner with plov, which was out of my expectation.

Excellent communication before arrival, clean, comfortable room and a vey friendly and helpful lady who was in charge of the B&B while the owners were away. Breakfasts were varied and substantial. A welcome dinner (plov) was a lovely touch!
