The location was great! Very convenient to all of the sites in the old town, but on a quiet street. The staff were exceptionally helpful! It was a very comfortable stay! The shower and air conditioning were both great! (Important to us after a hot day!) We would happily book again if we were traveling to Bukhara!

The room was beautiful and exactly as it appeared on the website. The staff are friendly, and the location is very convenient. The breakfast has many nice choices.

It is a little difficult for the Yandex/taxi to maneuver in the narrow streets nearby, but they managed.

This hotel is in a fabulous location just a minute from the main square. Lots of shops and restaurants and a little market on the corner. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. I messaged beforehand and they arranged an excellent guide. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had good hot water and pressure. The WiFi worked well to be able to work and FaceTime. The breakfast left something to be desired though. On the first day everything was cold. The second day was a bit warmer. The bananas are cut up and left to brown. The bread was stale and very hard. I had a courtyard room and the curtains don’t fully block the light that is on 24/7. I was able to shove the curtain in the door and close it to block it and sleep.

The location was excellent and just a minute from the main square with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the AC was good (it was very very hot). Lots of hot water and good water pressure. One small bottle of water was left each day. The WiFi worked very well.

The breakfast was lacking. On the first day the food was all cold. On the second day it was warmer, but just not great. The bread was stale and hard. The bananas were cut up and turning brown. This could be improved. Another thing is that the courtyard rooms there is a light outside the room all night long that curtains don’t block. I figured out a way to block it, but this was not ideal.

Quiet, and close to all of the main tourist areas.
