We arrived midnight, the hotel changed us 20 euros extra for late check-in. The living room and the kitchen are shared with another 2 rooms . The pillow was dirty we asked to change it. It was Big lie that the room with sea view. No privacy on the balcony. Our room view was not unsatisfying specifically we reserved and paid for room with sea view The breakfast cost 7 euros per person not like what mentioned on Booking.com.

The place is clean, really friendly staff, view of Mt. Etna, 15min walk to the center

There is dependency for the checkin on the owner to hand the keys.

The b&b is really convenient and nice along with the room was super comfy. The host was super nice and gave us good recommendations. The room was very quiet being on the 6th floor you are totally away from traffic and street noise. Very nice Italian breakfast with homemade croissants and marmalade, etc. Breakfast is either inside or on the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very good location close to very good restaurants and centre you can reach easily on foot or by taxi. Very good choice! Super recommended!

Nice location, friendly hostess who allowed us to stay in the hotel longer and made recommendations for our further travel. Clean, comfortable room with balcony, breakfast on the terrace, pleasant stay.
