Жахливий запах каналізації у вбиральні...незрозуміла ситуація з послугою "сніданок включено", якщо це сніданок на чотири ночі (два круасани, два печива, два тістечка, молоко і вода) тоді що є відсутність сніданку...спасала кава і хороша кавомашина...
