The location was amazing, loved the garden. The breakfast spread was good.

The room smelt of wet carpet/damp - which really impacted my wife's respiration. The mat was dirty. The bedding didn't smell fresh; the towels smelled really musty. Also, though the hosts tried, it still felt like we were invading someone's home. So the stay overall was just too uncomfortable.

Setting view and space, clean and basic good linen etc. Bathroom spacious and hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend it.

few small things missing in bathroom, like a cake of soap, a bit more personal items for that price. A flower or just nicely done towels etc. for that level of place.t price would have been nice
