I've liked the bathtub setup and the beautiful view of sunset...

The vibration of the aircon, it was a bit disturbing..but

Its pretty like in the pictures, but that is where it ends. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle you might damage your car by the very steep driveway - was not advised We only stayed 20 min and and left No comfortable place to sit - the small seating was smack in the sun Aircon was left on 32 - arriving at their very Strickt time of 14h00 in a steaming hot room - no window to open Massive warning sign to use deck at own risk No where to put our drinks but in the toilet.... really No toilet door No shower - only the bath Staff and host not welcoming Wifi does not work - I see there is lots of the same complaints from previous guests

I informed the host by whats we are leaving and she asked the reason. I was nice and said it is just not for us, small and no shower She said she will refund us Again - I was nice and said only do 50% refund - after a few whats up's she asked for my banking details. I followed up and she confirmed she will do it tomorrow - that was on the 05th of June No refund after another 3 whats ups - she just ignore all my messages Terrible

Location

The fact that they couldn’t refund me, I booked the place for 2 nights however I had an emergency I couldn’t commit to my second night. I requested for a complimentary night on my next booking however they never responded. It unfortunate that such a wonderful place lacks consumer satisfaction over something that could be resolved.
