Incredible views and very friendly staff.

There is a beautiful bathtub as the focus of the room but there is not enough hot water to take a bath.

The cabin was all that we expected. Romantic and cozy. The cute fireplace was a cherry on top.

Batteries for the aircon and TV were out.

It’s a very cute little villa with great view of the hills ahead. There is a small village in sight - but that didn’t deter from the beauty. It was clean and very comfortable, with an exterior table and 2 puff chairs for sunset view. The staff was lovely, and we LOVED the bath overlooking the view. Breakfast was also delicious.

Honestly not much. I found the TV a bit problematic to switch on and the WiFi wasn’t great - which for a smart TV didn’t help at all. We ordered dinner which came with a bottle of wine, unfortunately, I found the pricing a bit high for what we got. The food was also served cold and undercooked, so we used the microwave in our room. Having said all of this, the food was still tasty. Breakfast was also served the following morning but the table and chairs outside were damp from morning dew and we needed to wipe down the chairs with towels so we could sit and enjoy the meal. This tiny attention to detail is something that would have been appreciated.

We would like to warn future guests about the way these owners do business. We made a booking at Quaint Villages for the same evening. When we arrived by the end of the day we found a closed gate with a message on it that we needed an entry code to gain access. We never received that access code so could not enter the premises. We tried to get hold of the owner via telephone and messages on Booking.com multiple times but without result (this was the only option as there was no contact info provided at the gate access). We let them know we would wait outside the accommodation until 5 pm and would then move on to another hotel because it was already getting late. After we had already checked in at the other hotel we received a message that they hadn't expected any bookings so hadn't looked at the bookings and messages and that we could come back. We explained that we already had checked in at the other hotel and we then mutually agreed on a full refund (We have proof of all the above). And that was the end, we never received our money back and were ghosted when we sent messages. We understand that things can go wrong but your real character and professionalism shows in how you handle mistakes. Ghosting and not refunding money is not the way to go. Be warned.

The place was amazing and staff were awesome
