"Lovely farmhouse in a peaceful location."

The lovely quiet location with great views. The comfortable beds & spacious balcony. Lovely powerful shower. The cooked breakfasts were ample too.

We did not like the latest breakfast time of 8.30am. They was a lack of fresh fruit on offer to go with the yoghurts & sometimes the toast was over crunchy. We coped with the 10am checkout due to the early breakfast.

Everything is to be liked: the bedroom is extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The swimming pool is delightful, there is a cosy lounge to enjoy inside, and the breakfast is very good. And localisation is perfect to discover the Cornwall !

"Excellent Farm stay"

A lovely ensuite room looking out over fields. We were upgraded for free as that room was available. June was very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. One of the best b and bs we have stayed at!!
