This is the most charming, wonderful B&B. An exceptional host, a delicious Scottish breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Very upmarket. Lovely welcome from Alison. The place was spotless, obviously well maintained. The room was great, the bed comfortable, the shower and bathroom all very good. There was a wee drama for us in the room, and some rather nice millionaire shortbread, both a lovely touch. And the breakfast? Awesome! Masses to choose from.

Great location. Alison was a fantastic host and helped with lots of local information. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee pod machine in the room was nice. Breakfast was good.

The location was superb. Parking was available next to the property in a small carpark. Alison, the owner of the B&B was a lovely person. She has really put a lot of thought into how to make her guests stay very comfortable with a lot of small touches that you wouldn't normally find in your usual B&B. We found the room warm, cosy and very clean.The bed was comfortable and the linens very nice. There was a coffee maker with a selection of different coffee tabs, tea, homemade shortbread and whisky. The bathroom was supplied with everything you would need. Nice rainfall shower with good pressure. We slept well. The breakfast the next morning was so filling we didn't need to eat again until dinner! We will certainly stay there again when in Dingwall.

Everything. The room was spacious, clean, and very welcoming, with all the amenities you could possibly want to improve your stay. The Owners were simply divine. They were considerate of our needs, gave us a complete run-down of the local area, and we're amazing cooks. Following breakfast, we needed to be rolled out of the place, it was so filling.
