Mieliśmy piękny widok z balkonu na góry a przede wszystkim na Śnieżkę. Bardzo smaczne posiłki włącznie z obsługą hotelu.

Osoby, które sprzątają pokoje mogłyby się bardziej przykładać do ich sprzątania (pozostałości łusek po słoneczniku i kłęby kurzu pod meblami).

Z uwagi na remont w części bliskiej pierwotnemu pokojowi otrzymałam inny pokój w wyższym standardzie.

Niezbyt miła, oschła Pani w recepcji, w dniu 25.04. Brak widoku, ktory był obiecany wg oferty. Chyba że „widok”, obejmuje takze widok przez okna na ulicę, budkę z serami, ścianą z płyt za którymi trwają prace budowlane, oraz dach z papy.
