Loved the farm atmosphere. Lov ed the horses. The house decor is really great. Enjoyed the surrounding area.

The signage on the road approaching the farm is non existant

"Lovely peaceful retreat in a rural setting just outside Durban"

We loved the beautiful decor and super comfortable lounges with the big screen TV. Great hospitality and generosity from the hosts which is often not the case in all Bnbs: Biscuits, fruit, teas and coffees available in the diningroom. We loved our little unit with its own kitchenette and lounge area. The horses and farm goings on were a delight to watch.

We wished communication with guests was better. We arrived at 4pm and only then were informed we could have had dinner had we booked on or before 3pm. This was not communicated to us before hand nor was written anywhere on the booking form or site. We drove out on a rainy night to Hillcrest to have dinner when it could have been easily arranged before hand!

I loved the scenery and tranquility of the place. The food was tasty, and the staff were helpful and ever-ready to assist. The room was neat and fresh.

We were not advised that we had to pay an additional R250 to use the jacuzzi, we should have been advised about that upon our arrival but nobody had informed us until after we used the jacuzzi and were asked to pay further.
