The room was spacious and staff was very friendly

They didn’t have cake slices, cappuccinos and mushrooms

The location is wonderful and really close to the office for me. The Bed was really comfortable and I always struggle with the pillows, but they were amazing. The staff are great. Overall it was a short stay, but I was made to feel welcome.

There was no water in the morning and this was a real problem as I had to leave early to attend an important meeting. When I advised the staff that there was no water, it was said that they would fill the JOJO tanks. This was really inconvenient, and I think they should have ensured that there was enough water for the people to shower early in the morning, especially business travellers who don't have the luxury to wait for water. The reason for the lower score is mainly due to the water issue.

The views were beautiful. The way we were received was welcoming. The place had a lot of different couches and chairs and I liked the variety

I was not happy with the way my booking was handled. I booked and paid on time. A day or two before my vacation the venue was no longer available. After I complained, a plan was made. The uncertainty is what disturbed me.

Breakfast was good, staff were very attentive, Beautiful scenery, sunsets and common spaces. Lots of animals and big spaces, very free flowing and easy access to a lovely area in Drummond. Lunch and supper is also served on request and going down to visit the horses was definitely a highlight for me

Nothing that stands out. They use lovely scented oils in the room, so maybe if you have issues with sinuses, request less oil. I can't think of anything else
