Well located, it is a good spot to stay, you are 20 min away from Taupo, and at the same time you have the lake walking distance, and plenty of trails to run and walk. You also have the Marina very close and you can can book navigations on the lake …highly recommended! Paul and Elizabeth are very good hosts and make you feel at home…

The bathroom was not ensuite. Very overpriced. Breakfast was really poor for the $450 one night I paid. It was new years eve and I think.a little effort could have been made...

"Best hosts ever."

Area was very quiet but not far from activities. My teenagers loved spending time with Liz, Paul and their dog Luger which including riding around the golf course in their golf cart and watching soccer together in the evening. They even came to cheer the kids on at their bungee jump. The homemade breakfast was a great treat.
