La Villa di Lucia

L'accoglienza di Lucia è stata ottima, ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa.

Tutto perfetto

bagno lontano circa 25 metri dalla stanza , dovevi attraversare la sala dove si fa colazione ! senza bidet, era sporco , nel lavandino peli pubici e capelli . Puzza forte che risaliva dallo scarico . lenzuola con capelli e peli . Non erano profumate , non erano state sostituite! Il personale era comunque gentile ! Ma b&b stop ! Troppe situazioni dove non sono soggetti a controlli ! O magari finti controlli . La situazione era esagerata ! Mai più !

The property is part of a Villa. Beautiful view. You need a car to get to the grocery or in town, but it’s five minutes away. The owners are really nice people, they gave us advice on where to go and eat. The place was super clean (a 10 to that). Only thing that we were a little bit confused was the use of the kitchen. Breakfast was included, but not as the photos (not with fresh pastry, but with packed ones) and to use the kitchen to cook our own food (not using their food or their oil or anything) was at a charge, even though the owner charged us a little bit less than usual. Other than that the place was really comfortable and big. We didn’t understand from the post in booking.com that it was a bed and breakfast, but we were lucky that the owners didn’t book other rooms. if not (I guess?) you have to share the kitchen and the common space with other people. We recommend it especially because it was very neat.

Confused about being charged for using the kitchen. We are owners too and we never do that.
