The host is really friendly and accommodating. Although he doesn’t speak much English, goes out of his way to ensure guests are comfortable. He prepares coffee or tea each morning according to each guest's taste. The breakfast alongside that is mostly sweets though, which won't really fill you up if you're used to a larger breakfast. The room was basic but had all the essentials, and guests can also use a shared kitchen and refrigerator. Though the bed could have been more comfortable, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly host more than made up for it. Fabriano is a lovely town, and if you have a car, the B&B is located well also for exploring the climbing spots in the Frasassi area.

It would be great if the breakfast included some non-sweet food or fruit (to make it healthier). Location is not great if you don't have a car.
