Très bon petit déjeuner et hôtes disponibles.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Ottima accoglienza dei gestori, persone simpatiche e disponibili in tutto. Posizione e vista super sul lago e nelle giornate limpide anche del monte Rosa. Colazione super con prodotti biologici e di produttori locali. Veramente da consigliare.

Wij vonden Dario, de eigenaar, ontzettend aardig. Dat maakte ons verblijf heel fijn. En de locatie is ook prima met een mooi uitzicht op het meer. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en de tuin top.

De locatie is wat moeilijk te bereiken

Ho appena trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo posto accogliente e familiare. Sin dal nostro arrivo, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'atmosfera calda e ospitale ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero speciale. La colazione era molto ricca e varia, con un'ampia scelta per soddisfare ogni palato. Una menzione speciale va alla coppa di frutta fresca tagliata, che era non solo deliziosa ma anche presentata in modo impeccabile. È stata una vera gioia per gli occhi e per il palato! Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e un'ottima colazione. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

suggerirei l'uso di un deumidificatore che potrebbe mitigare un piccolo problema di umidità della nostra stanza creando un ambiente più confortevole.

L'accueil était chaleureux, la chambre confortable et la vue sur le lac d'Orta très agréable avec deux chaises longues pour en profiter. Et le petit-déjeuner, digne d'un grand hôtel avec des produits de qualité et locaux. C'était delicieux. Je recommande vivement.

Nice views. You need a car to get here. It has a nice mountain location, not to far from the lake. Steep hill, so for fun cycling it is a big work out. Comfortable room, bed and space to sit outside in the garden.

I expected more privacy and more quiet location. But it is pretty noisy most of the time. The neighbours dogs bark quit often, and it seems nobody cares or make sure the dogs stop barking. The owners are friendly, but love to listen to their own music just after breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Normally not a problem right... but if it is rock music, and pretty high volume, it gets annoying. This is interrupting the chill/ quiet time. One afternoon/ start of the evening I was chilling in the garden and their rock music was super loud coming from their living room upstairs. I find that unprofessional and interrupting the quiet time of the guests who are staying at your bnb. Also Breakfast is nice, but then the owners are sitting next to the breakfast table to have their coffee and look at you eating.. Funny maybe, but also 'you are being'watched. So if you like this this place is nice, but if you prefer more quiet time and more private maybe this is not your stay.
