Achill View B&B

A first class stay at Achill View. Margaret and her granddaughters were outstanding hosts and made my son and I feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable & clean and the atmosphere homely. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, a great way to start the day when climbing Croagh Patrick. For those visiting this beautiful part of Ireland, I can highly recommend.

The breakfast was great and the lady of the house was very welcoming. The views from the house are stunning. We were very well placed to climb Croagh Patrick.

Meadhbh was a lovely and very accommodating host. We had an amazing stay at her place with a very good breakfast in the morning. The view from the house is amazing. It is very well located and we can highly recommend staying at this lovely B&B.

Toilet did not work one night Tv not working Shower dirty Floor not 100%clean Mouldy bread Cheap breakfast cereal Cheap Irish breakfast food Small parking space and very close to main road and visibility very poor as hedges need to be cut

Such a lovely host, the view was outstanding, worth a stay.

This location is absolutely beautiful for front porch views of the water as it sits on the exact point the road gets closest to the water along the northern side of the peninsula. The host was very friendly, offering us tea, coffee, or a scone anytime our paths crossed, and she made us an awesome and filling breakfast with eggs to order for our long day of driving. The location is also a 15-minute drive back to Wesport, with plenty of options for djnner.

Parking at the locations is immediately adjacent to the main road along the coast, so you should take care when loading/unloading lggage.
