Amaizing staff. Clean place and very very beautiful space. THe rooms are kept clean with air conditioner. It was hot in Mthatha but i was comfortable to stay inside the room.

Well absolutely nothing. Had a problem with my door and it was fixed, moved to another room. I sympathise with the lady who was at the reception , she tried her best to help open the door and apologised profusely for the door. But that was not her problem. Thank you for your service and help.

The property is really beautiful. The room is out of this world

Not having keys to the gate is very inconvenient. Because every time you want to leave, you first have to find the workers and they are usually not even at the reception whereas they said that is a 24 hr desk helpline. And when you call no one answers. Also they said no noise after 10 pm but after 10 pm people were still making noise outside and the corridors. Only managed yo get sleep after 3 am. Didn’t really enjoy my stay.

The swimming pool and the kitchen facilities. Friendly staff.

There is no shelter or smoking area on premises and yet rooms are non smoking with no balcony. Swimming pool facilities being open to public consumption(Non-guests)

No cutlery. No aircon. No bath items.

Welcoming and friendly staff as well as clean environment. Swimming pool also.....

Nothing, it's just that I didn't have enough money to book the room I want.
