Not applicable, did not booked for breakfast. We had breakfast at a franchise restaurant which normally charge cheaper for their breakfasts

I know that Mzansi are a highly crime Country, but the security lights during the night was uncomfortable. I'm used to total darkness during the night and the security lamps caused some nuisance whilst sleeping.

The breakfast is not being made to a guests preference for example soft or medium eggs.was told breakfast is served from 7am to 9am however on arrived at 8am was told my breakfast is made already and they couldn't make it from scratch because there's only one lady doing breakfast and cleaning rooms.breakfast was served cold because it was pre made and was then left lieing around.it had to be microwaved.

The wifi reception is very bad. Had gone on business and could not do my admin.kind of defeats the whole purpose of hosting business guests.

High security

Internet not existent(was connecting but not loading any websites, did a speed test multiple times at different times, 0.04 mbps up and download)

Chuma is such a gracious host who is readily available to help. The place was also neat and tidy.

The noise from the music next door. The bathroom door (unit 5) needs be replaced as it is not aesthetically pleasing.

The owner is very nice ! The place is securite

really need a AC the room was so hot very difficult to sleep
