The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a while and I have slept in 5star hotel bed all over the world. 10 points for the bed

There was some building work going on. The noise, the banging was terrible. The staff did apologise but it was circumstances beyond their control. That was the deal breaker

Hospitality and Customer Care. Especially the bed and consistent electricty in a city that struggles with that!

Hot water tank worked only one night! They need to fix that and this place would receive 10/10!!

Overnight Staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

Great owners and staff

Nice rooms, clean, with aircon. Breakfast and Restaurant, better than many hotels in Sierra Leone. Service at arrival fast, bar and cold drinks possible. Help for Ferry Seacoach Express to Conackry, taxi to airport or ferry is included. You have to control and remain by the staff, if taxi has been ordered. Tourorganisation for trips around possible. Check and control the tour hour to avoid waiting time!

The staff and management made me feel valued. They were attentive to my needs, regardless of the time. Absolutely Glorious views in the mornings, I would definitely stay here again
