It was so clean and felt like home. The bed was so comfortable and clean , staff was so friendly and available if needed.

I didn’t like that they didn’t offer choices of tea and coffee. If they could just include tea as well. I also didn’t like that they don’t specify that the breakfast is optional and you top up if you need it. I wish they could just include it on their price.

The service from staff when we can to check in I wasn’t happy with it and also this thing of not having a remote for the gate was such an inconvenience. Beds making noise it wasn’t really pleasant
