Location is amazing Matteo was very accommodating Having breakfast included was incredible

Fabulous view from balcony, perfect location, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast tailored to your own wishes.

Nothing about the property itself but we were staying during the exceptional Cerberus and Charon heatwaves ( 37c +), which made it too uncomfortable to use our balcony (after7am) whilst the sun remained on it - a shame as it was a delight. Bathroom was a little small, perhaps. The extreme weather conditions also impacted the air conditioning in the building but that was hardly the B&B’s fault and Matteo went out if his way to be helpful.

Owner Matteo has thought of everything when setting up this B&B. Nice airy room with balcony. Breakfast made fresh everyday. Even eggs and bacon if you want. Free beach and Lido across the street

There was nothing that we did not like

The property is located right on the beach and in the centre of town, it’s beautiful, so clean and Matteo is an excellent host.

Nothing it’s perfect!

1) the location: the B&B is just in front of different beaches, public and private, and only 8’ walking time away from the old town 2) the room: not particularly big but really convenient, well equipped, with a beautiful interior design and a big terrasse 3) the host: helpful and flexible. He came to the B&B just to let us in around 3 hours before the planned check-in and when the AC broke for a while he has offered us an alternative accommodation.

Not really a minus, more of an heads-up: 1) the parking: to get to the B&B you need to access a ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato, area with limited traffic). You can do so and you even get a prepaid card from the B&B to park the car for free just around the hotel but I would have preferred to know it in advance. 2) the breakfast: this is freshly made by the host, based on a pre-selected menu. No buffet available, so no option to have a quick breakfast

Exceptional location and service

Gorgeous view from room & balcony. Very comfortable & modern clean decor. Beach literally across the road and a sandy beach with easy access to the water and a nice beachside cafe/bar. Beach has public access or sun bed/umbrella rental set up. Lovely included breakfast from charming host Matteo. Highly recommended.
