There was coffee in the machines. The location is across from the university, but at night it gets a little dark around there.

Extremely nice and attentive host, offering extra help and recommendations. Convenient check-in. Clean and comfortable.

Noise from the street. Not very central, but excellent for those visiting the university.

It was a great location, close to the center of the city. There is free parking on the main road so we albe to leave our car there while we visited the historic center.

It was a little noisy because the building is on the main road so in the early morning we were woken up by the cars passing by

The place is located in a very busy area of Palermo. Look well before you go. Trafic is terrible and it's a dangerous place. Very noisy. Although travelling a lot internationally, it has been impossible to find the place. I could not see Basil Rooms for more than an hour. You have to share bathroom with other guests. The personnel was rather unpleasant.

Very nice and clean room, friendly host, location not far from main station and city center, free parking, free coffee, great rooftop terrace
