You can do self check-in. The location is good, in walking distance to cafes and famous Palermo attractions. The room had a nice big balcony.

The floor was made of marble and was therefor quite cold (we stayed there in the beginning of April). The toilet/shower room looks outdated. Breakfast selection is quite limited. Bread for sandwiches ran out on the first morning we stayed there and none was added for the second day morning. There was no furniture on the balcony.

Great location, clean and comfortable facilities. Very good communication with the host, very responsive and helpful.

Can't get use to the italian "sweet" breakfast, though. :) We were searching for breakfast alternatives around, cause we're not used to eating sweets and biscuits in the morning. :) Would've loved some toast with cheese, eggs... :)

I had a very pleseant stay in this nice location. Very well equipped and spacious place and, from the balcony you can look right into the heart of this colorful city. Any time again

Breakfast was excellent and with a good variety of options; location super central and well connected with public transportation; host was incredibly accommodating and kind as well as prompt in his response. Highly recommend if you are staying in Palermo!
