The room was clean, there's a mini buffet at disposal. Communication with the host was simple and effective. The location is very good, close to the train/bus station and to a market.

Great location, the balcony is wonderful. I liked how detailed the instructions were for checking in etc, I had plenty of information and the hosts were responsive.

When I arrived there was a stale smell in the bedroom and shared kitchen/bathroom area, once I aired out the room it improved slightly, it may just be that it has been shut up for too long, I’m not sure how many people stay there in winter, but it would probably benefit from a generous air-out before guests stay. The little packaged cakes provided for breakfast were mostly past their used by date, and there were no regular black teabags which surprised me so I went and bought some. But I appreciate the milk provided and the one box of cereal which was good. The bathroom wasn’t especially clean but it wasn’t terrible, the room cleanliness was okay, the sheets were clean but the top blankets definitely needed a wash. I think generally the place just needed a bit more of a freshen up and a bit more attention. With that said, it was fine, I had no serious issues, and the location and balcony made up for everything else. I would still consider staying there again in the future based on the location and balcony, which is truly wonderful.

Clean room, quiet area, close to the train station. Really nice for a short stay.

I am not a fan of sweet breakfasts. Would be nice to have a kettle instead of the machine as the coffee was quite cold.

Easy 24h self check in process. Great location if coming from or going to the airport by bus or train (40-50 minutes, ~6€) from the main train station Palermo Centrale (10 minute walk). It was much better to stay here for our 5:45 am flight than somewhere near the airport, where you need to pay high prices for a shuttle or taxi.

It’s a shared bathroom, but since there are only 2 rooms, that wasn’t an issue for us at all. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but for the price you can’t really complain.
