Massimo is a friendly and welcoming host willing to help with any advice. Breakfast was also good. The property has a nice backyard and lots of parking space.

The rooms are very close to each other with not much noise isolation, so a late arrival from the other guests seemed very noisy when we really wanted to rest. The bathroom is spatious but the bath could be better maintained (the glass bath wall/screen is worn out and crooked and the shower is dated).

I liked everything. quite area, good parking, spacious rooms and modern house. parking area was very nice with two gates. Owner was also very nice and educated.

It is far from the centre if you travel by public transport.. Ideal if you have a car

Kind host who gave us a lot of information for our trip. He gave me coupons for lunch on Etna trip, a big house, safe place, he was waiting for us, even if we were a little bit late, he prepare us a good breakfast with freash bread.

I liked the place very much and our motorbikes were very safely parked and locked by two gates, and very close to the centre.

As I said before the place was fantastic but the only thing was the shower was a big let down I couldn't even wash properly .... That's the only thing it needs really a new modern shower!!!

Location was great, very quiet and relaxing (and some good amenities in the area, such as a bakery, supermarket). The host was very kind and considerate. It was nice to have access to the kitchen too.

simple Italian breakfast (croissants, sweets, juice, coffee, water); spacious and comfortable room; easy access (once we located the street); host was on-site at check-in time; gated parking; heating was OK

no sign (had to locate a small push-button at the 5B address); host handed us a large keyring with multiple keys and pagers (not easy to locate the right ones; had to page him once)
