"Sehr hübsche Unterkunft mit schönen Ambiente"

Sehr nette persönliche Begrüßung von Sonia, die sich auch um den Transfer vom Bahnhof gekümmert und wir sind mit dem Taxi für 10 € abgeholt wurden. Waschmaschine vorhanden incl. Waschmittel und Bleichmittel. Kaffeekapseln, Kekse und viele Kleinigkeiten zum Naschen sowie Wasser war zur Begrüßung dagestanden. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Modernes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr sicher mit 2 Türen abzuschließen, Oben war noch eine Dachterrasse. Sehr zentral gelegen mit netten Cafes, Bars und Restaurants unweit der Einkaufsstraße. Acireale ist noch sehr familär trotz der Touristen. Sehr sauber und Sonia war immer erreichbar und hat auch tolle Tipps gegeben, wo man günstig und gut essen konnte. Sie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr modernes Zimmer und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Super nette Reaktion auch, wo wir den Schlüssel nachher aus Versehen mitgenommen hatten und zuvorkommend, damit wir keinen Aufwand haben, obwohl es unsere Schuld war, absolut top!

Keine Steckosen am Bett, man musste die Nachttischlampen dafür abstecken, aber das hat sich Sonia direkt als Verbesserung gemerkt. Es ist allerdings in Sizilien auch bei unseren anderen Unterkünften so gewesen. Es war nur Seife im Bad, aber auf Nachfrage hat Sonia sofort ausgeholfen
