Perfect location, close to station and centre

Thin walls. Other occupants seems not to acknowledge there other people in the property, obviously not a fault of a hoist however it spoiled my experience overall.

It's not private apartment. It's One apartment with 2 bedrooms. The problem is that there is no private bathroom in the room, so you must get outside from your room to go to the toilet or take a shower. The way from the Room to the bathroom is public and people sit there and see you. Don't make the mistake, I did!!! I made a complaint about it to booking and they don't care. We leave and go to the hotel. Booking don't give as the money back?!!

The hosts are great. They solved all our requests in a very short time.

The location is near the historic center, and the apartment is great. The host was very welcoming, she responded quickly to our requests and she was easy to communicate with even though she did not speak a perfect English. I would totally recommend this place if you visit Potenza, it is perfect also for long stays.

Everything was great!

Very comfortable and cozy. It is located on a second floor of an apartment building. The same host offer two rooms in the apartment, one with a bathroom inside the room, and another with a bathroom outside of the room (but not shared). I think the room with the separate bathroom is slightly larger. Breakfast is provided, and there is a shared kitchen we used for our meals, including a small refrigerator which we could use to store some goods. There is a small marked just on the first floor of the building. The apartment is convenient to the train station and the old town center.
