"Beautiful and spacious room in a residential area of Procida"

Well decorated and spacious room with bed, sofa-bed, desk, mini-fridge and big bathroom with all facilities. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and sea view. Healthy breakfast with many options to choose from, served outside in a beautiful common space. Nice and friendly host.

The villa is located in a residential area at the center of the island, which is nice for people that like to walk (like us). The Chiaiolella beach and restaurants are located at 1.1 km or a 15 minutes walk. Or, a bus passes every 20 minutes in front of the villa. Renting an ebike or scooter can be a great idea to visit.

Rocco was a great host, clean nicely styled rooms with great breakfast in a lovely garden setting. Procida is a great place to visit, still mostly unspoilt

"Amazing stay for a short trip to Procida"

The location of Villa Rosalìa is the just perfect, right in the middle of the island. The room was amazing in size, style and cleanliness. Rocco is a great, easygoing host. The BnB has a beautiful hotel next to it which is part of Rocco’s properties plus there are a tennis court and a football pitch. The view from our room was just great, I can only imagine what it looks like from the suites above our double room.

There are no curtains on the windows so if you keep them open (when it’s hot it is a must) you have no privacy.

It was clean, comfortable, and had a bus stop in front of it, making it extremely easy to get around the island! Also, the breakfast and views were exceptional!

"Lovely stay"

Spacious room. Good location. Great view from our private terrace. Very clean. Tasty breakfast. Very quiet. The owner booked us a taxi to the port when I couldn't get one, and it turned out to be a sort of converted Ape! It was great!!!

Would be good to have some more interaction with the owner to give suggestions of places to eat, things to do etc. I think he was either busy or is perhaps just a quiet person.
