Very nice owners, very friendly and helpful in every situation, great contact, Mrs. Janice - a wonderful woman! Thank you for making my stay pleasant and for the delicious breakfast to go, which was prepared for me at 6 in the morning. I highly recommend this place :)

"Convenient and friendly BnB"

Super friendly and accommodating staff, particularly with my flexible check in time. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning and the room had everything you need. Simple furnishings to match the style of the property. Very convenient from Broxbourne station and great for a one night stay while visiting friends in the area. I will stay again.

"Perfect for my short stay being close and priced fairly. Would recommend!"
