I usually don't write reviews, but this time I have to do it! Luca is such a warm-hearted, kind and gentle soul with a 110% focus on service, always trying to give you the very best experience possible. The rooms are big, clean, with very good standard and with views to die for. The hotel is smack in the middle of the Barolo wine route. Thank you Luca, see you again!

very nice B&B with a super nice owner going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms very clean and comfortable. breakfast was very good and bountiful. highly recommend. View from hotel was very nice. owner even gifted us a bottle of local wine when we left.

What a wonderful stay. Luca is a fantastic host, so generous and friendly, he made us very welcome and treated us to an incredible aperitivo, with an absolute passion for the foods and wine of the region. He recommended and booked the local restaurant for our dinner, as his restaurant was not open the nights we stayed. The breakfast supplied was an extremely generous array of foods, fruits, yoghurts, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, coffees made to request. And served on the beautiful terrace with stunning views.

Our experience at La Sismonda was way beyond remarkable. The views when you're arriving are impressive and the town's vibe is great and very peaceful. When you get there you feel very welcomed by Luca, who is the perfect host. He's very kind and friendly, and he's always willing to help you and make your stay remarkable. The place has one of the best views in the area, overlooking the entire region and giving you a nice outlook of what you will enjoy in Le Langhe: beautiful Medieval towns, vineyards and thrilling landscapes. If you're into photography, this will be a plus. If you're lucky enough to get rooms 1 and/or 2, they offer the best view of the hotel and have a private balcony where you can enjoy a drink or take very nice photos of the region. The balcony is shared between the 2 rooms. The day we arrived Luca invited us to an "aperitivo" that ended up being one of the best hospitality and eating experiences we've had in our lives. We tried many different Italian dishes and wines from the region. It was just amazing. This was a very huge plus to our stay there, as we were not expecting this. Breakfast is very good and varied and with a view. The whole experience was just so good that we definitely will come back. Thank you Luca!
