Host was very friendly, with a very sweet friendly dog, in a convenient location for what was needed. The bedroom was very pleasantly aired out given the heatwave, which was appreciated

The bathroom was advertised as private/implied en suite but it was through a hallway, and the parking was very difficult to navigate with the hosts car parked too.

House got a lot of character and also brilliant location in Hamilton middle of the town .

Needs a bit of refurbishment here and there. Also a bit more cleaning for my standards however given that the lovely guest is a 84 years old lady that does the cleaning as well , it is very very clean .

Irene is a great host. The room was ideal for my purposes, and the private bathroom and shower clean and spacious. Room was cool and comfortable as north facing so an absolute result given the warm weather. Great location on Hamilton's most prestigous street with 2 superb restaurants next door, and great transport links.

Exceptional value for money in a central position easy for shops restaurants and public transport. Also a garden I could secure my bike in.

Room and bathroom are not cleaned, stained bed bases.

Liked the proximity to town,parking available at property, or street parking free between 6pm and 8am car park at rear free after 7.30pm till 8am. Good choice of restaurants,bars and shops very short walk.Irene and dog very welcoming.

Traffic noise at night from main road.Boiler in bedroom noisy at night.Make sure to take your own soap and shampoo for shower.
