"Very good if you are smoker - avoid if non smoker"

Location was good - nice inside

Smoking - owner and company smoked during our stay which penetrated the room. Would have given higher marks if had not been for the smoking.

Lovely hot shower, handy location, 10 mins walk to shops and food, lovely wee dog, cheap price

Parking is very awkward, not easy to get in and out if there's more than one car, place is very tired and needing repairs/decorating, mattresses very noisy and needing replacing, bathroom window doesn't open, needing a bit of a clean
