"Geen verblijf mogelijk"

Mijn boeking was niet geregistreerd. Ik moest snachts op zoek naar een andere plek. Ik was ook niet de eerste die weggestuurd was, terwijl mijn gegevens wel in het systeem stonden. Dus ze hadden mij makkelijk van tevoren kunnen contacteren.

"Rustig en comfortabel."

Goeie locatie, lopend naar de Zaanse schans. Ruime kamer, ontbijt in de ontbijtruimte is prima en ruim voldoende. Het Heerenhuis is ook een mooie brasserie / restaurant.

Het was niet warm in de kamer. De verwarming was begrenst tot 20 graden. Hij kon niet tijdelijk hoger

"Kost weing, aardig personeel"

Dat het rustig was

Douche is echt waardeloos, niet van deze tijd. 2 druppels water komen eruit! Bed is ook aandachtspunt, is zo zacht, je ligt gelijk op de grond voor je gevoel. Ontbijt is prima, alleen jammer dat je het zelf moet maken
