The full English breakfast included in the price was superb, as well as the other breakfast options in the dining area. The check-in was exceptionally easy and the staff were super friendly when checking in with us during breakfast in the morning to ensure everything was okay.

A couple of only very minor downsides were encountered which didn't really impact our overall enjoyment of the stay: 1) the road the guest house is located on is fairly busy even in the later hours and can be heard from the front-facing rooms including our room (room 4); 2) The flush on the loo on our floor took a few attempts to properly use, which is probably something that can be fixed fairly easily.

Welcoming entrance in to the attractive dining area. Lovely cooked breakfast using locally sourced products. The premises are undergoing refurbishment so I won't make any additional comments.
