Central location and the staff were lovely. The meal's were tasty and plentiful. Our room was beautiful (number 4)

Excellent location very friendly staff.

No food available first day of stay, ordered 2 chilli con carne 2 and evening Luke warm.

No lift to upper floor In our room one of you had to climb across the double bed,as there was no room to walk around it.

Location is great especially with parking available opposite. Lovely food especially breakfast and staff were all friendly.

Stayed as a family and booked 2 double rooms which both cost the same price, however one was considerably smaller with bed up against wall so could only access from one side which wasn’t great to get up in night. If I stayed again would request to not have room 3.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the had everything you could wish for.

The only thing that was a little thing was the water pressure in the shower.

breakfast very generous with a good range of food on offer.The hotel had been nicely done upstairs with a very nice shower in the bathroom and comfortable beds. We had our two dogs with us and they had been well provided for with blankets and food bowls. The evening meal was generous with a good choice of dishes and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

These are not criticisms of the hotel because we chose the wrong week to visit Barmouth. It was a mini heatwave over the bank holiday (how unusual) and the town was heaving with people most of whom were drinking and very noisy and this is not really our thing. Our room was situated over the beer garden and up to nearly eleven in the evening a group of people were drinking and very noisy just below our room. There were also a lot of people in the extensive bar area and again too much noise for us
