"Good"

Pro: Friendly hosts. Water pressure is good and hot. Room is spacious. Lots store around. 25 minutes walk to downtown. Con: the bed is very hard not comfortable. I woke up with back pain.

room is clean. air-conditioning, bed, toilet and all amenities are good. also balcony to chill. very quiet at night. owner happy to help. definitely recommended.

not that I can think of, possibly no elevator or 24/7 front desk for some people.
